the neck seems a bit long, but having said that it does fit into the overall style of the painting

As in your other piece, Carpe Noctem I love you choice of colors. Again your anatomy seems of in the neck and shoulders but when I consider this piece with the other, that may be you intention. It is just that you paint the faces so acurately and in proper proportions that the neck and shoulders seem at odds with the face. I really do like the feel of the piece and I look forward to seeing more of your work.
